此湯能健脾開胃、補血養顏、強壯身体 , 而且補而不燥 , 很適合一家老少飲用。對於頭髮枯黃、肌肉鬆弛、倦怠乏力、食慾不振、三高人仕 , 都有很好的食療作用。
材料:
蓮藕1節
黑豆、紅豆、綠豆各1/4杯
紅皮花生1/4杯
紅棗5粒
果皮1片
元貝碎少許
瘦肉適量 或 可用合桃及腰果各十餘粒來代替肉類
做法:
- 將三豆洗淨浸6小時或1晚
- 花生浸洗1小時
- 紅棗洗淨去核
- 元貝洗淨
- 果皮浸軟
- 瘦肉洗淨出水
- 蓮藕洗淨去皮切件
- 用7碗水加入瘦肉大火煮滾 , 放入全部材料 (果皮除外) 大火煮15分鐘 , 轉中小火煮1小時 , 最後轉中火下果皮煮15分鐘加鹽便可。
