麥冬、蓮子、百合、各2湯匙
圓肉1湯匙
瘦肉1塊
做法
- 麥冬、蓮子、百合浸洗半小時
- 花旗參片、圓肉洗淨備用
- 瘦肉洗淨出水
- 鍋內放6碗水 , 加入瘦肉 , 大火煑滾 , 轉小火放入全部材料 , 煑1小時加鹽便可。
