紅豆花生衣杞子補血湯 – 貧血、月經不調、身體虛弱良方

此湯有很好的造血和健脾功用 , 對於癌症病人化療後的造血細胞減少很有幫助。


材料:紅豆3份1杯,花生皮4 份1杯,杞子十餘粒,紅棗5粒,圓肉十餘粒。


做法:將全部材料洗淨,紅棗去核;用6碗水煮1小時後下杞子即可。


~~~此湯對貧血 , 月經不調 , 身體虛弱者都很有幫助。如買不到花生衣,可用紅衣花生3份1杯代替。糖尿病人可以6份1個羅漢果代替紅棗和圓肉。但因花生紅衣具有增強凝血的作用,所以不適於血液黏稠度偏高的人,對跌打瘀腫的人士,都不宜吃。
